Erase your account
Erasing your account permanently destroys:
- your conversations,
- your saved summaries and drafts,
- any files you attached,
- your access entitlements, and
- your sign-in identity itself.
The record of the terms and privacy notice you accepted is kept — it is the legal record of what you agreed to, and it is retained for that reason alone.
Erasure is irreversible. No one, including the operator, can restore your account afterward.
Your live data is destroyed immediately. Backup snapshots age out within thirty-five days, and nothing reads them in the normal course of operation.
Download your log first
Before you continue, download your consolidation log. Once your account is erased it cannot be recovered, and this log cannot be retrieved.
There is no consolidation log on this account to download.
You also have material on other personas. Erasing your account here erases it everywhere — across every persona. Each persona keeps its own consolidation log, which you must download from that persona’s own account home before erasing:
